What is the delivery time?
Your products will be dellivered and shipped within 2-4 business days throughout UAE. If you have requested stitching, please allow 7–10 business days for processing and delivery — quality takes a little extra time, and we promise it's worth the wait!
Do you offer stiching?
Absolutely! We offer stitching on all of our products to make your experience as seamless as possible. Just select the stitching option when adding your desired item to the cart.
How do I make the Payment?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the UAE only. We're working on expanding our delivery options soon — stay tuned and keep an eye on our store for updates!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping and delivery across the UAE — no minimum spend required.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We strive to give all our customers the best service with us. As all our orders are processed through Cash on Delivery, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds once the item has been delivered.
